Socrates once said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” Welcome to Neologikon. The name derives from the Greek neos meaning new, and logos, meaning reason. This blog is dedicated to reviving the classic humanities that have shaped our culture and civilization. The 21st century, dominated by fleeting digital technology, has forgotten the brilliance and elegance of this timeless wisdom. As a high school student interested in a broad range of subjects–history, philosophy, psychology, English, and etymology–I am inspired by my reading to expand my knowledge and share it with the blogging community.
